The Whare Aroha model is a stand-alone minor dwellings that comes complete with a fully functional bathroom and kitchenette. This includes a full size shower and toilet with a certified gas califont for all your hot water needs.

With soft carpet, full insulation, and double glazed windows these whare are warm and dry. Long hot showers can be yours with a gas califont for all your hot water needs, and a spacious cubicle for comfort. Energy efficient LED lights and ample power points make for easy affordable modern living.

Each unit has generous dimensions for comfortable living: 8m long x 3.6m wide (28.8m²).
